this is where i will track my weight loss, goals, and daily routine. i know i will have some very discouraging days, so i am hoping this will keep me encouraged and on track, and i want to share it with the world.
i'm not doing this so i can be accepted in society as beautiful...
i am doing it so i may have good health and a better self-esteem.
i want to look in the mirror and love what i see. <3
i know the only way for me to do so is to start living a healthier lifestyle
through diet and exercise. once i reach my end goal, this is where i will post life style changes to KEEP the weight off. (:
